PAAR and Pittsburgh Colfax ALA partner for the first middle school social norms project

PAAR and Pittsburgh Colfax ALA partner for the first middle school social norms project focusing on preventing sexual harassment and promoting healthy relationships.  The partnership was funded by Jewish Women’s Foundation.  Funding allowed PAAR to work with 7^th and 8^th grade students at Colfax both in class and after-school to promote positive social skills and work to end sexual harassment.  PAAR, funders, faculty, staff and students celebrated the unveiling of student designed social norms posters.  The students’ posters will be displayed in the school and were the culmination of the classroom lessons.
