City extends free parking at meters and lots until 2-22.

Due to the recent bad weather parking on the south side can be a challenge.  There are two public port authority lots within two  blocks of PAAR's building that are free until February 22nd.

The lots are located at 18th and Sidney Street & 20th and Sidney Street.
