Yoga
Location: PAAR
Time: 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm

Hatha Yoga is a 10,000-year-old tradition of linking breath with movements to stretch, strengthen, and relax the body.  Yoga has been proven to help reduce stress, boost self-esteem, and increase self-awareness.  In a supportive, relaxed environment, participants will learn to align the body and mind through yoga postures and breathing exercises.

 

This class is appropriate for all fitness and experience levels.  It is open to adult women and men survivors as well as individuals who support a survivor.  Please wear loosing fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel.

Meets: Thursdays, 6:30-7:45pm. Starting February 4th, 2010
